Tedd Davis is an established/award-winning artist known for his mixed media assemblage art. In addition to his art, Tedd operated Tedds ART Works, an Art Gallery in Wilton Manors Florida, where he has showcased over 200 established and emerging artists and has curated over 80 Art Exhibitions. Teddsartworks also presents is a collaborative effort with local galleries which introduces and exhibits emerging and established artists to new audiences.Tedd continuously promotes the importance of art and philanthropy in the local community, with his bi-weekly “Off The Wall” Artist Spotlight and his “Sideshow Road Trippin on Art” series.Tedd has presented several benefit events at his gallery supporting ArtsUnited Florida, Island City Stage, Pet Project for Pets, The PULSE Nightclub Painted Panel Project, Save a Sato, American Veterans for Equal Rights, Sunshine Cathedral, Our Fund, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and GFLGLCC-Greater Fort Lauderdale LGBT Chamber of Commerce.Tedd is a former board member with ArtsUnited Florida and is currently serving on the Board of Wilton Art®. He has been honored to Judge several local art competitions throughout the years.
His works can be seen locally at Pride Corner Art and Frame Gallery, Hot Spots Gallery with Dennis Dean, and with representation during the year at several curated art competitions.
In 2014 we opened TeddsArtworks to the public in Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale Florida area.Our mission: To provide a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. with an exceptional curated experience of one-of-a-kind works of art, exclusively created by South Florida’s Finest Artists. Since then at our physical art gallery, we have exhibited over 200 established and emerging artists in Fort Lauderdale Florida. We have presented Artist Workshops, with free speaker series presentations of “Art Collecting and Interior Design” “Art and Feng Shui” “Collage Making”.Our focus was and continues to expose the most exciting and talented artists from our community.We believe art has the power to enrich people’s lives, create impact, and add personality to space, and we know the importance of making art accessible to everyone.Our unique selection of contemporary artworks provided the viewer with an energetic, edgy, eclectic, visual experience.My slogan has always been “different is good”, making sure that the art I present is different and perfect for discerning individuals and for the spaces where they live and work.
Whether a first-time art buyer or a seasoned art collector. We have been known as a go-to source for exceptional and affordable works of art in all mediums.
Over the years we have partnered and presented several benefit events at the gallery with many local organizations. Although the physical Art Gallery closed in March 2020 due to the COVID19 Pandemic, I have never been away from my art or that of my beloved artists whose works enlivened the gallery walls. In June of 2020, we moved
Tedds ART Works Gallery online.
As of March 2022, Tedd decided to team up with Pride Corner Art & Frame and to re-open the Gallery inside their premises on Wilton Drive. We have new ideas and new exhibits as we continue nurturing the arts. See you all soon.
